How does the return process work?

Please use our returns portal for returns. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to register a return.

Please note that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the return costs. If you book a return label via the portal, the costs will be displayed in the final step before you complete the return. Alternatively, you can organise the return yourself using a shipping provider of your choice – we recommend insured shipping so that you are covered in the event of loss. Please return your parcel in the original packaging (shipping box or bag) and keep the proof of posting in a safe place.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are to be borne by you. We recommend using a service with shipment tracking.

For UK customers only
We cover the cost for returns and will provide you with a free return label.


How long is the return period?

You can return your goods to us within 30 days of receipt.


Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll automatically refund your money so you can place a new order for the replacement items you'd like.


When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your parcel has reached us and been checked, we'll process your refund. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.


An item is faulty, was delivered incorrectly or is missing – what should I do?

In such cases, please always contact our customer service first and describe the issue. We'll help you find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


I used a voucher/discount on my order. How much will be refunded to me?

If you used a gift or purchased voucher on your order, the proportional voucher value will automatically be reloaded onto your voucher code when you return items.

Discount codes are applied proportionally and percentage-based across all line items, depending on each item's value. That means you only paid a partial amount per item, and that partial amount is what will be refunded for the return.
